Tazzy Caught Off Guard
You’ve probably noticed news anchors always have scripts on their desk during the newscast. Those pieces of paper are our lifelines…our safety net for several reasons. One reason is just in case the teleprompter goes wacko, we can always look down at our scripts. Another reason is so we can look ahead and see what to expect next. Well, I looked ahead to the next script which indicated Donald would read on a one shot (meaning I would not appear on camera). Well, obviously things didn’t go as scripted and I was caught off guard messing with the zipper on my sweater. Watch as I try to play it off and as my co-anchor Donald tries to save me from doing something I’d really be embarrassed of.
Oh, it gets better. Since the stick was inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame….Donald thought it would be funny to surprise me with a what? You got it….a stick. Check it out.
